daughter of Keeleemeeoomee Born: May 9, 1939 Birthplace: a camp near Cape Dorset Community: Cape Dorset Died: November 1987 Female - Drawing, Prints, Sculpture Eliyakota's father died when she was young and she was raised by her maternal grandparents.She moved to Cape Dorset and began drawing in the early 1960s.
