Tayaraq Tunnillie

www.spiritwrestler.com The wife of the noted sculptor Qavaroak (Kabubuwa) Tunnillie, Tayaraq is an accomplished carver in her own right and has exhibited since 1970. She also participated in the early drawing experiments at Cape Dorset and has made drawings ever since. ----------------- Tayaraq Tunnillie (Cape Dorset) B. 1934 Tayaraq is an accomplished sculptor, exhibiting since 1970, and has also made drawings since the early days. Her husband, Qavaroak (Kabubuwa), was a renowned sculptor, and both her son, Peter and daughter, Letia, are also artists.
