Note:
A strikingly restrained image, Young Woman by Jessie Oonark depicts an Inuk girl dressed in finery, with her bright eyes and smile at the centre of the composition. The image, chosen to represent the 1971-72 release of prints from Qamani'tuaq (Baker Lake), was depicted on the cover of the 1972 catalogue that included such iconic works as Shaman by William Noah, and Family by Luke Anguhadluq.
