Literature:
“Interviews with Eskimo Point Artists”, Bernadette Driscoll, from Eskimo Point/Arviat, Winnipeg Art Gallery, 1982, pg. 23

Note:
"I adored my children and that's probably why I love to carve a mother and a child. If I want to carve a particular position of a mother with her child, such as the feeding of the infant, I would observe that position before carving it. Sometimes I really admire a carving that I've done, especially after it's finished and all smoothed out."

Estimate: $1,000—2,000
