"Buffalo is now home to one of the first Native American-owned art galleries in the United States and perhaps the only commercial gallery to exclusively showcase contemporary Native art." K Art, located at 808 Main Street in Buffalo, NY, is owned by Dave Kimelberg, an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation. The gallery's inaugural exhibition, “More Than a Trace: Native American and First Nations Contemporary Art,” features 11 Indigenous artists from across Canada and the United States. It will be on view until March 12, 2021.
